I booked last minute after a difficult time , and i was disappointed. paper cups were provided in the room . There was not even a spoon for beverages.

the hotel provided good parking. i appreciated that dining and bar facilities were available. we could easily access these services , and the food was good. the bar area was also well-kept.
our room was not serviced for two days. we put the 'make up room' sign out, but this request was ignored. also, we had to ask for water from reception twice, it was not provided automatically.

the reception staff gave me a friendly welcome. the breakfast was very good, i especially liked the great coffee they served.
I found the breakfast service to be slow. I waited a long time for tea and coffee. the hotel lacked air conditioning, made the room quite warm.
